JK Productions, part of Kapa Studios, has acquired the rights to make a Greek version of the Spanish series Gran Hotel. The local version will premiere in September 2024 in Antenna TV Greece, featuring 150 episodes that will air 4 days a week. Gran Hotel originally aired in Spain from 2011 to 2013 and has been adapted in several countries worldwide. The original series, produced by Bambú Producciones in Spain, is set in an early 20th-century aristocratic hotel and centers on the mysteries involving the owner’s family and the hotel servants. Numerous adaptations have been made worldwide, including in Italy, the Middle East, and the US. The scripts are distributed by Beta.
