Kapa Studios, Greece’s largest producer, is currently in the final stage of constructing two major sound stages in the Kapa Studios 2 complex in Athens. The new sound stages will be ready in early fall, with 2200 and 1800 square meters, each with 20 meters in height. Currently, a major US production for Amazon is in production, and more productions are set to move in during the fall. Greece is poised to become the new major production hub in Europe, fueled by the tax incentive of up to 40% on foreign productions.
